Mexico City — FIBRA Park Life Properties, Mexico's first trust specialized in rental housing, debuted today on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker PLIFE 26. The placement was led by Actinver Casa de Bolsa with BBVA México as co-agent.
The initial portfolio comprises four properties located in Santa Fe, Polanco, Condesa and Querétaro, with 287 units and 20,279 m² of GLA.
